Research submitted to the journal must not have been previously published.
Research submitted for conferences is also accepted, provided that it has not been previously published

Research is published in the journal in Arabic, English, and Turkish. It is also possible to publish in other languages determined by the journal’s publishing body.

The opinions expressed in the articles published in the journal express the views of the authors, and the author bears legal, economic and ethical responsibility

The research is sent to two reviewers in the field of publishing. If one of the reviewers’ reports is positive and the other is negative, the research is sent to a third reviewer. The editorial board also has the right to make a final decision by examining the reviewers’ reports.

Research is sent to the referees anonymously, and then the authors’ information is added by the editor at the publication stage
